HHEHEAS, HEADLINER OEVElOPJ1ENT CO., a Corporation
has offered for approval l) fln~11 subdivision map designated as Tract ;,!0.23,_1_2 __

HHEREAS, all the certificates which appear on the finDI mop (excapt the
approval certificate of the Council of theCity of Fresno and the recording
certiflca~e of the Recorder of the County of Fresno) have been signed arid
acknowledged and said final map has been filed for approval; and,
and.
\'JHEREAS, said subdivision lies ",/ithln the boundaries of the City of Fresno~ and,
HHEREAS, said map conforms to all of the requirements of the Subdivision lIap
Act of the State.of California, and City ordinances, resolutions and standards; and,
HHEIlEAS, said subdivider and the ovmers, whose signatures appear on said map,
and others have offered for dedication certain streets, public utility easements,
access rights and other public properties and uses as shown and delineated upon
Si;]id map; and,
HHEREAS, the Planning COrMllsslon of the City of Fresno, by formal .r,e?olution,
has approved the tentative map, and the final subdivision map is In substantial
compliance therewith, any deviations therefrom bein9 deemed to be approved
by this Council; and,
~/HEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement dated Hay 20, 1971 ,and Contract for
\1oter Service to Subdivision dated May 20, 1971 , In the forms presented
to the Council this day, for the construction and installation of improvements
as therein specified for saId tract, have been prepared and are ready for execution.
NOH, THER£~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fresno as
foJ lows:
J. That said final tract map Is hereby approved and all of the streets,
public utilityeaecments, accesS rights and other public properties and uses
offered for dedication on said map are hereby accepted.
2. SaId Subdivision Agreement and said Contract For \~atcr Service to
subdivision are hereby approved and the Director of PublIc \-Jorks of the City is
hereby <luthorlzed to execute the same on behalf of the City, effective as of the
. respectIve dates thereof hereinbefore stated.
