.Of FRESNO TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM RETAINED
EARNINGS TO THE CURRENT BUDGET OF THE
WATER DIVISION Of THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTl1ENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF FRESNO:
That the sum of $142,000.00 be and is hereby appropriated
and transferred as follows:
From: A/6 No. 795 Retained Earnings $142,000.00
10: A!C No. 9/7090 -Land $142,000.00
Purpose: Acquisition of Nater Recharge Basin site -for Hater Division
(To provide funds to pay the remaining amount owed on the Aiello property
and the 5 acres adjacent to the Cavallaro property.)
