OF FRESNO TRANSFERRING fUNDS FROM THE
RHAINED EARNINGS OF mE WATER DIVISION
TO TIff C;UnRfHT BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITI OF fRESNO:
That the sum of $385,000.00 be and is hereby appropriated and
transferred as follows:

To: Ale No. 9/7092 • lmprovements
Purposes
$385,000.00
To provide funds for additional eapital ImproYement! not anticipated in
the 1970-71 Fiscal Year Budget. Increased activity in Sub~Oivision construction
and the construction of improYement.s for the Internal Revenue Service Center
have created a shortage in the Improvement Account.
