has approved the tMtative map, and the final subdivIsion map is In substantial
compliance therewith, any deviations therefrom b~lng deemed to be approved
by this Council; and,

Hater Serv Ice to Subdlvl S )on dated March ]8, )971 , In the forms presMted
to the Councl) thls day, for the construction and 'InstDllatlon of Improvements
as thereIn specified for sold tract, have been prepared and arc ready for executIon.
NOH, THEREFORE, 6E IT RESOLVED by the Councl I of the City of Fresno as
follows!
I. That said fInal tract map Js hereby approved and aJ) of the streets,
. publlc utility easements, access rights and other pub)}c properties and uses
offered for dedication on said map are hereby accepted.
2. Said Subdivision Agreement and said Contract For \-]ater Service to
Subdivision are hereby approved and the DIrector of PubJlc \-Iorks of the City is
hereby authorJzed to execute the ~ame on behalf of the City, effective as of the
rospectlve datos thoreof hereinbefore stated.
