A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 7T" AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 2002-216 BY APPROPRIATING $105,000 FOR THE BVP GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2002-216 be and is hereby amended
as follows:

247 , 7th Amendment
It has come to the attention of the Budget office that a minor technical error
was made in the submission of Resolution No. 2002-247 . The account listed under
Forfeiture Fund, should be 33104, Federal Grant. The account currently listed
is 33401 , State Grant. All other elements on the resolution are correct . We
are asking that you make this memo and the attached corrected resolution a part
of the public record.
