A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 98TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 2001-200 BY APPROPRIATING $50,000 FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL
SERVICE CENTER MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2001-200 be and is hereby amended
as follows:

SUBJECT: TECHNICAL CORRECTION TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION 2001-

It has come to the attention of the Budget office that technical errors were made in the submission of the
98th amendment to the annual appropriations resolution. Resolution No. 2002-171, AAR 98, the org unit for
the contingency account should be 504002, not 504001. All other elements on the resolution are correct.
We are asking that you make this memo and the attached corrected resolution a part of the public record.
